A Niagara couple with ties to the gymnastics and cheerleading communities faces charges in a sexual assault investigation involving three victims, police say.
Officers arrested James McManamon of Port Colborne, Ont., and Jennifer Harrigan of Niagara Falls, Ont., on Jan. 7, Niagara Regional Police Service said in a news release Wednesday.
The investigation focused on "several incidents" involving three victims between 2022 and 2025, police said.

"Harrigan has worked in the gymnastic and cheerleading communities and detectives believe there may be more victims," police said.
Detectives ask anyone who believes they are a victim or has information to get in touch.
McManamon, 39, faces three counts of sexual assault. Harrigan, 29, is charged with counselling sexual exploitation of a young person.
Both are scheduled for bail hearings in St. Catharines, Ont., Thursday.
