Parents in the Evangeline area of Prince Edward Island aren’t happy that some playground equipment they paid for can’t be used at a nearby school. A group spent about $77,000 on equipment from a Quebec company, but when it arrived it didn’t meet the standards the school system requires. CBC’s Tony Davis has more.
