The Ottawa Police Service on Wednesday issued a request for public assistance in identifying three women involved in multiple merchandise thefts in the city’s west end.
On Nov. 23, the suspects went to businesses in the 1700 block of Carling Avenue, the 300 block of Richmond Road and the 600 block of Eagleson Road and stole merchandise from each store.
The suspects concealed items in their clothing before fleeing the area, police said in a Dec. 10 news release.

Suspect 1 was described as 35-40 years old, approximately five feet eight inches to six feet tall and weighing 170 pounds. At the time of the thefts, she wore a light grey hijab and a long grey winter coat and carried a black purse.
Suspect 2 was described as 27-35 years old, approximately six feet tall and weighting 225 pounds. She was carrying an infant boy and wore a long black dress with a long white sweater-vest cardigan.
Suspect 3 was described as 30-35 years old with long dark hair and weighing approximately 180 pounds. She wore a long black dress under a long black puffy jacket.
The Ottawa Police Service is asking for public’s assistance in identifying three women involved in multiple merchandise thefts in the west end on Nov. 23, 2025.
Anyone with information about these thefts was asked to contact Det. Jennifer Brazeau of the Ottawa Police Service West Criminal Investigations at 613-236-1222, ext. 2106.
