The Crown has withdrawn several charges against Terron Stevens, a Hay River man who was arrested in 2022 in connection with a shooting in the community.The prosecutor said there is no longer a reasonable prospect of conviction because of issues related to the availability of witnesses.Stevens, now 30, was charged in September 2022 after the shooting, which put Ryley Moore in hospital in critical condition.
