Despite 405,000 Nova Scotia power customers losing electricity post-tropical during storm Fiona, Tom Mcpherson's lights stayed on for 3 full days after his neighbours went out. That’s because he was taking part in a battery energy storage pilot program put on by Nova Scotia Power. The Weather Network's Nathan Coleman reports.
