ASWAN, Upper Egypt – Aswan Governor Ashraf Attia said some 516 projects within the “Decent Life” initiative were completed at a total cost of more than EGP 3.5 billion.
According to a statement released on Sunday, the governor noted that work is underway to finalize 682 other projects that cost over EGP 17.7 billion
He added that nearly 2,321 projects are targeted to be carried out in the Upper Egyptian governorate, in accordance with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to include all villages of Aswan in the initiative’s projects.
