PM, hails COP27 outcome

The Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli started the cabinet’s weekly meeting with hailing the outcome of President Abdel Fattal el Sisi’s visit to Qatar to attend the opening of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

The premier also pointed out at the intensive meetings that were held in the past few days with a number of ministers to review the developments concerning co-operation programme with the International Monetary Fund to support the Egyptian economy as well as programs aiming to increase the dollar resources in the short run.

He also hailed the organisation of the COP27 in Sharm el Sheikh, thanking the foreign minister and his team over negotiating efforts to reach the conference’s outcome.

He also thanked environment minister over her efforts during the conference at the technical and management levels.
