Public Authority for Health Care head, World Bank delegation discuss boosting ties

CAIRO – Head of the Public Authority for Health Care Ahmed Al-Sobki met with a high-level delegation of the World Bank to discuss the outcome of the delegation’s field visits to health care facilities in Ismailia governorate.

During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments concerning health care in the governorates that are implementing the inclusive health insurance as well as digital transformation of services, training human force and implementing clinical governance system.

They also discussed means of fostering bilateral relations in the file of health reform and health care system in Egypt.

The meeting also reviewed means of supporting Egypt’s efforts to encourage private sector to invest in heath care sector in Egypt, noting that providing health care for all Egyptians is one of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s main goals.
