The Crown has withdrawn a murder charge against a Saskatoon woman linked to a fatal shooting on Nov. 14, 2024.
Jordanna Kucher, 20, was shot in the back and died outside The Copper Mug pub on 8th Street East. In August, a teen pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in her death. He cannot be named because of his age.
Katelin McGillivary, 36, was charged with first-degree murder. On Dec. 4, she pleaded guilty in provincial court to being an accessory after the fact.
Jordanna Kucher was the city's 13th homicide victim of 2024 (Kindersley Funeral Home)
Police were called to the pub at 6:25 p.m. CST on Nov. 14. They arrived to find Kucher face down on the pavement with a gunshot wound to her back. She died half an hour later.

Investigators quickly pieced together what had happened through surveillance video at the pub and in taxis used by two suspects.
They were able to track a woman and a young male suspect, who was on crutches, to a house at 320 Ave. Q South. In-car footage from the taxi, which included audio, revealed that the teen had a firearm in his waistband.
After the shooting, he and his co-accused were heard on tape discussing "murder" and "taking care of business."
A man who was with Kucher that night said they had walked from a McDonald's restaurant to the pub to buy cigarettes. They were confronted outside the pub, and Kucher was shot during a robbery.
McGillivary is due back in court Jan. 21 for sentencing.
